Snapshot of the Job role 

• You will act as an expert in a set of assigned categories, wherein you will have to on- board  Service Providers, by giving presentations over video/audio call. 
• Responsible for the overall customer experience of on new on boarding and current service providers, with our insights and training on the required tools and category intelligence. 
• Have to maintain a healthy business relationship with the service providers and keep them  engaged during their campaign, just think of nothing less than WOW when it comes to servicing. 
• Renewal of the service provider before the campaign expiry.
