We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and markets.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met effectively.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products or services.Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management teamRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized with excellent time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel as needed.
