Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Business Development Executive to join our team. Specializing in chat process, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective international clients via chat platforms to promote our services and drive sales conversions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with international prospects via chat platforms to identify the prospects and promote our services effectively.

Utilize persuasive communication skills to build rapport with prospects and guide them through the sales process.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Ensure timely follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals.

Document all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes.

Required Candidate profile

Lead Generation, Research Acumen, identifying leads, Initiating sales cycle

Generate New inquiries and convert all given enquires into paying customers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international staffing Services.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their staffing needs, and propose tailored solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or related field experience is preferred.

Experience in sales, preferably in an international or B2B environment is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Strong research and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.

Adaptability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
