Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 14,000 - 14,500 INR in hand (15,000 INR in hand for exceptional candidates)
Shift Timing: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
Days Off: 2 Sundays off and 2 rotational weeks off
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers for Tata Capital's Personal Loan products.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers professionally, understanding their financial needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of Tata Capital's Personal Loans.
3. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the outbound sales team.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Tata Capital's Personal Loan offerings and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Documentation: Assist customers in completing the necessary documentation for Personal Loan applications.
Requirements:
1. Education: HSC qualification is acceptable. Freshers are welcome.
2. Communication Skills: Average English communication skills.
3. Sales Aptitude: A keen interest in sales and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
4. Target-Driven: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
