RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be focused on contract, c2h, and direct hire openings spanning technology, marketing, engineering, etc. for our clients based throughout the US.
• You will source and then screen candidates according to the job requirements. This means learning to do Boolean search on multiple job search platforms.
• You will be an advocate for our clients and the roles you work on, selling the value to the position to attract the best talent.
• For qualified candidates you will then put together a formal submission including resume, skill summary, target compensation, and other pertinent candidate details.
• You will strive to learn new tools, the industries and roles you work on, to become more efficient and productive in your role.
• Be accountable for the quality of your work and always look for ways to improve/grow in your craft.
• Help foster an amazing, collaborative work culture where everyone is excited to come to work & rewarded for great performance

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent ENGLISHG communication skills, both written and verbal (MANDATORY)
• Intermediate Office skills (Outlook, Word)
• You are able to work nights (8 pm to 5:30 am IST) FIVE days a week (Monday-Friday)
• You have an outgoing personality, are energetic, talkative, and engaging.
• You are a positive, collaborative team player
• You loving learning new things
