*Responsibilities:*

1. Engage with potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

2. Understand the immigration needs and preferences of clients and provide personalized visa solutions accordingly.

3. Educate clients about the visa application process, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines.

4. Maintain a strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and policies of different countries.

5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

6. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into clients.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

8. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

9. Keep accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using our CRM system.

10. Stay updated with industry trends, changes in immigration policies, and new visa programs.

*Requirements:*

1. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.

2. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or counseling roles preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet deadlines.

5. Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures will be an advantage.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
