Create strong channel partnerships across geographies of the Mumbai market and create a strong source

Generating sales through the existing channel partners and onboarding more channel partners.

Activating the existing channel partners who have a potential client base for arranging their site visits. 

Coordinate with marketing and sales strategy to conduct events at the site for the target segment and policy evolution for smooth functioning of the site achieving timely targetsPlan and execute Society, Corporate & Association activation and lead generation

Willing to work on weekends. One weekday will be weekly off.

Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai.

Knowledge of basic IT skills especially MS office is a must

 Report on sales activities to senior management

Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

 Keeping up to date with competitors products and strategies

CLOSING JD Real Estate Sales

·Connecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with registered & new clients.

·Managing client queries on phone & convert tele-conversation into the site visit 

·Attending site visits understanding their requirements, mapping products as per their requirements

·Follow-Up after visits and ensuring closures

·Maintaining a funnel of prospective closures.

·Knowledge of basic IT skills especially MS office is a must

·Good Communication is a must.

 The site and Property Visits

·Willing to work on weekends. One weekday will be weekly off.

·Report on sales activities to senior management

·Reaching the targets and goals set.

·Keeping up to date with competitors products and strategies
