What are my responsibilities

Supporting business development, strategy and consulting projects from Innovation Think Tank (ITT) Global teams
Developing and executing business models and new market access strategies for ITT projects at customer sites and Siemens Healthineers
Leading technology scouting projects e.g. digital and medical device innovations
ITT process development support and conducting trainings at the customer sites
Performing hospital visits for requirement analysis and taking customer feedback projects
Managing and organizing know how exchange between ITT HQ and ITT India other ITT locations
Updating the competitor and market intelligence information for the region

What do I need to qualify for this job

Master degree in management or equivalent with background engineering skills
Minimum two years of working experience with atleast one year international experience
Minimum 6 months of working experience at an ITT international location with hands on experience of innovation projects and ITT processes is an advantage
Experience of business consultancy projects
Knowledge of ITT implementation methodology and processes or similar innovation approaches
Experience in global competitor and market intelligence project and understanding of the healthcare systems
Project management and team leadership skills
Cross-functional and cross location teams experience
Good communication and business analytical skills
