Job Description

Business Development Executive
  • We are Palpx, a Design, Media and Tech company from Sydney, Australia looking to set up its design and development base in India. A multi-diverse team with the mix of talent from top institutes of India - IIT's, NID and other Industry stalwarts, we are highly skilled in conceptualizing flawless user experience, creating brand identity, producing evocative graphical content and communicating values through online and digital marketing services.
  • Our global exposure is what helps in providing directions and converting ideas to solutions and professionally guiding organizations to grow and succeed, while efficiently providing personalized solution for their customers/// make us stand apart in the business.
  • We are currently on lookout for ambitious and energetic Business Development Executives to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company constantly interacting with teammates and prospects and additionally be charged with crafting effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities :
  • Create and maintain growth strategies and reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact, focusing on financial gain and clientele.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • Detail, design, and implement plans to promote, improve and optimize every product & service we offer, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Conduct research and develop new ways to engage and identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Developing project scopes, objectives and detailed plans to track project progress and monitoring the team to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices and prospective client database updated.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and be actively involved in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback, after-sales support and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills - You need to have the ability to articulate your ideas as well as voice your opinions on work.
  • Be detail oriented and an active listener while being able to hit the right tone when negotiating with current and prospective clients to get the best deals possible.

  • Qualification : Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or any other relevant fields
  • Place of posting : Bangalore
