Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing Europe based Recruitment Organization . This position is based in our Noida office. We are expanding rapidly and looking for Telecaller/ Inside Sales/ BD executive.

About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to drive our B2B sales campaigns. You will be an
integral part of the development and execution of our growth plans. The idea is to reach
targeted customer base through creative outbound email campaigns and calling campaigns.
The goal is to deliver effective customer reach out programs through outbound sales campaign
and generate actionable quality leads.

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (CRM tools)
  • Well-organized and detail oriented person passionate to work on the targets.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, especially British English language.
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent with preferably 2-3 years of work

Good to have :

  • Experience in Telecommunication tele calling

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as BD executive / inside sales specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of running sales campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in using CRM tools for data capture (like Pipe

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities

  • Create a database of prospective clients
  • Generating quality leads through outbound tele calling/mail campaigns.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target customers through appropriate

channels and schedule customer meetings for the sales team. (social media, e-mail,
calling etc.)

  • Proactively analyze the data (campaign results, conversion rates, bounce rates, out of

office etc.) to help fine-tune strategies to maximize conversion rates.

  • To work as per the timelines and KPIs of the plan as assigned.
  • You are expected to work on the latest automation tools.
