Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Manage Sales Executives: The Manager should keep their Executives motivated to close sales.
Should set
weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the executives to work towards, and track
these goals on a regular basis.
Train Staff : These managers are responsible for conducting interviews and hiring real estate
sales staff if required, Also should develop and implement training programs that
teach sales executives how to get customers, negotiate deals, acquire financing, and
properly fill out sale paperwork.
Maintain Client Relationships
The manager should maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied
and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
Meet with Clients
Although they don’t always act as sales executives themselves, the manager will
meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult
situation.
They also assist sales executives who need guidance with client meetings
and communication.
Stay Informed on Real Estate Industry
To stay current on the real estate industry, the manager should spend time
researching new housing regulations and legislation that affects the sales office.
Should also travel to attend industry meetings, seminars, and conferences to expand
their industry knowledge and develop professional networks.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
