Business Development Specialist
Expectations:
- Converts quality leads through cold calling, emails. Identifying, researching, and targeting new business prospects.
- Gaining new appointments from hot and cold leads.
- Offering Company services via Voice/Email/Online.
- Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes.
- Maintaining a long-term professional relationship with the existing and new clients.
- Candidates should be dynamic to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Selected Candidate will be responsible for Writing Proposals and customizing of the content after reviewing the requirements, accordingly, preparing the documentation, required for the business growth and systematic approach towards the achievement of the future goals.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Should be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, Requirement Gathering.
- Excellent Writing Skills and Ability to talk to clients with confidence and conviction.
- Generating new leads & Business generation.
- Should have qualities of time management and patience.
- Should have an attitude that is well approachable by clients and understanding their problems.
- The candidate must have basic technical knowledge and should be familiar with IT technologies and SDLC.
- Coordination with clients and team along with the timeline.
- Should be result-oriented & able to work independently.
- Candidates from an IT-sales background will be preferred.
