He/ She ensures smooth operation in the e-commerce business. He/ She must be collaborative and results-oriented. He/ She must be technology-savvy and able to operate well under pressure.

Tasks

·         Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.

·         Manage Inventories

·         Stock management

·         Create new listings

·         Implement new business collaboration plans.

·         Implement the e-commerce activities.

·         Manage the operations for good service.

·         Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.

·         Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of the website.

·         Operate and maintain existing IT networks based on the standard operating procedures.

·         Promote good service performance.

·         Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.

Key Requirements
