Responsibility:
-To oversee all marketing and sales activities in the territory.
- Provide quality service to customers in all assigned tasks.
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
- Responsible for market development activities.
-Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales
team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development
and product knowledge development.
- Deliver value added services to customers using and conduct customer needs
assessment, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate customer
satisfaction & implement improvement areas.
- Maintain a high energy/high caliber direct sales staff.
- Candidate will be able to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Qualification and Skills:
- 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong Communication, Time,
Motivation & territory management skills.
- Excellent computer skills & organizational skills
