Position: Head Representative
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Duration: 1 year
Salary: 15000/- (+ Bonuses and Incentives)

Responsibilities: The individual would represent The Arena and will work directly under our founder, Vivaan Parashar. Being second in command would lead to learning a lot about business operations and also putting theoretical knowledge into practice.
Should have prior knowledge of tech and marketing.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and other promotional activities.
Contribute ideas for creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in maintaining and updating databases, client records, and project files.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and administration team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
IT graduate or graduated in tech or marketing.
Understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in Drama/Performing Arts (preferred but not required).
