Lead Generation Executive
Job Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert them into sales
Conduct new research to find new leads
Cold calling and emails to qualify the leads and identify the decision-makers to start with the sales process
Educate customers regarding the products
Should have the knowledge of the products and should maintain the details of the customers or clients in the CRM Database
Should coordinate with the Business and Sales Manager to develop the new sales strategies
Should have abilities and skills to approach the customers for sales
Should also go to the campaigns, events, and exhibitions
Assist sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, or quarterly targets
Requirements:-
Good communication and soft-spoken
Patience
Surfing knowledge should be good
Maintain good repo with the customers or clients
Customers and result-focused
Teamwork is necessary
Problem-solving and should be a good negotiator and mediator
Creative, innovative ideas should be developed
Ethics and integrity are very necessary
Qualification- Graduate (BBA, BBI, B.COM)
Experience – Fresher or 1yr+
