- Answering all incoming inquiries with as little delay as possible
- Providing all relevant information to the leads either over the phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Convincing the leads to visit the site
- Helping the customer to reach the site
- Arranging cabs for customers and coordinating with them till they visit the site.
- Inform customers about current payment offers at our sites.
- Provide information about our upcoming projects
- Maintaining a concise and meticulous record of follow- ups done for the same
- Daily reporting in a predefined format
- Reporting the quality of leads attended to help refine marketing campaigns
