Position Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to Sales and Marketing Manager
Working Nature: Field work
Working Times: 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM From Monday to Saturday
The primary role of the Sales and Marketing Executive is to prospect new clients by field visiting, cold calling, networking, meeting clients or other means of generating interest and getting business from these clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a report with new clients, achieve targets for sales and provide the support needed to improve the relationship with clients. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling clients and offering them tailored training solutions.
Following up on inquiries that are being generated by marketing efforts.
Preparing sales & marketing strategies.
Scheduling calls with and work with clients to schedule business meetings
Field visit to the customers place and convert it into positive leads and present
Them ONONE project and aim.
Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
Proposal and price negotiation with clients
Ensuring the company meets the sales target.
Taking feedback from clients.
Undertaking any other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the post.
Promoting the brand of the ONONE
Achieving Key Performance Indicators (Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI’s to be set by the immediate report.)
Increase sales and revenue for ONONE.
Understand the business plan and sales strategy and ensure attainment of personal sale goals and profitability.
Increase sales of ONONE products (Franchises Model, Partners Plan, Teachers Onboarding and Students
Develop and deliver sales plans for ONONE.
Create and maintain a sales database for ONONE.
Conduct telesales to drive new leads and generate new enquiries.
Develop and deliver insightful presentations and strategies to ONONE prospects and clients.
Research new business markets and develop sales strategies with which to target them.
Assist with the creation and delivery of proposal presentations and RFPs.
Ensure the integration of the business’s marketing function within that of the greater Group, and ensure that ONONE unit optimizes its use of shared and support services.
Assist the business to meet its objectives, live the values and culture and to practice company policies and be a brand ambassador.
Assisting in strategic planning for client presentations, etc.

Graduate , PG, MBA ( specialization in Sales & Marketing)Experience
Freshers and experienced graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience in selling products in a B2B environment. Proven track record in sales, winning new business.
Experience in selling in Indian market will be an advantage.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy Ability to work with teams, strong interpersonal skills enabling connects with people at various levels of seniority.
