Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Send appointment reminders and confirmations using tools like WhatsApp

- Grade and qualify new leads in Google Sheets

- Update sales sheets and calendars in Google Suite

- Submit daily reports

- Notify reps of reschedules and cancellations in Calendly

- Confirm appointments beforehand in Google Calendar

- Follow up on no-show tendencies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience using Google Suite, Calendly, WhatsApp

- Familiarity with CRM platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
