Job Description

• We are seeking a driven, self-motivated competitive sales executive to join our organization.
•  In this position, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through traditional channels and by utilizing new technology and communication software to reach new prospects. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are a must.
  

• Responsible for sales and acquisitions to new & existing clients and also acquire new clients in the assigned territory.
  
•  Target and develop new business opportunities.
•  Interact with potential clients and make them attracted toward the product.
•  Consistently work on increasing sales and achieving revenue targets assigned.
•  Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
•  Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
•  Preparation of sales presentation, sales proposal, offer preparation, submission and negotiation.
•  Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Provide a technical support to the customer after sales for the best result of the product. Handle complaints and objections.
  
•  Maintain personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer satisfaction.
•  Market research, mapping, and analysis.
•  Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company 

• MBA/ Any graduation degree (Biotechnology graduate is highly preferred)
  
• Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  
• Male Candidates only
  
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  
• Good communication skill and Proficiency in written and spoken English; second language a plus
  
• Experience with customer relationship tools.
  
• Ability to travel
  
•  Salary: INR 2,50,000 P.A (Negotiable).  Incentives on sales target
