Velocity Technology Solutions is expanding and is adding an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and highly successful team. We are currently interviewing for a Consultant - Salesforce Developer for our global team. Velocity offers Cloud services across public, private and hybrid cloud environments and is a Premier AWS partner.

Objective:

Velocity Technology Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to serve as a key individual contributor on an existing team.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer with minimum 12  months of Lightning Experience and developing Lightning web components.
• Candidates should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications.
• Should have good expertise in Salesforce data migration and Integrations using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Should have hands-on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers etc.
• Should have thorough understanding of configuration options.
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application.
• Excellent Communication with Customer and Client.
• Should have Salesforce certifications.

Requirements:

• SFDC Customization, SFDC Data Migration, SFDC Integration.
• Experience in Salesforce.com development (triggers, apex classes, lightning pages)Experience in Sales, Service, communities Cloud and Force.com platform.
• Experience in Web Development (Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, CSS Bootstrap)Experience with Data migration between SFDC environments, CICD and creating packages.
• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows and custom views.
• Write unit tests to produce defect free software, ensuring the test coverage and creating test methods.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and software design patterns.
• Experience working with BitBucket, JIRA and Jenkins is a must have.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
• Strong process orientation, teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and code versioning.
• Knowledge on Agile process-> scrum methodology, differences between waterfall & agile.
• Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other ​applicable ​data protection legislation. 

Skills:

• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving/investigation approach
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
• The candidate should be a self-starting problem solver with an ability to understand business challenges and address them through innovative software engineering practices
• Multi-tasking ability to work across projects, clients, and geographies
