Roles & Responsibilities:
·        Looking for an aggressive, quick learner, with a passion for continuous learning and performing with a high and rewarding career in recruitment
·        Should exhibit excellent interpersonal relationship and client / Candidate engaging skills.
Responsible for Sourcing potential candidature based on the client job description.
Should be able to learn quick and start using the online platform tools (like dice, Monster & Naukri, etc.) to identify potential resources.
Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities and role fit.
·        Willing to learn US tax terms & IT/software skills and technology terms
·        Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter
·        Willingness to work in a fast phased environment
·        Excellent written and verbal communication with very strong accent and active listening skills
·        Well versed in outlook, google and Microsoft.
·        Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with new technologies terms.
·        Willingness to adopt to the company work culture with a Positive mind & with a passion to grow along with the organisation.
