  • Proficient in spoken and written English

  • Relevant sales experience in the event industry / relevant industry for minimum of 3 years

  • Should have a vehicle.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Natural leadership and managerial skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook

  • Perseverant, sociable and dynamic attitude

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to stick to deadlines and targets

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment across a range of projects

Key Responsibilities

  • ·  Generating sales revenue through according to allotted reasonable targets
  • ·  Formulating and executing sales strategies according to market demands
  • ·  Liaising with current and new clientele through personal interactions, telephonic conversations,                   direct mail and emails
  • ·  Client servicing during and after the event
  • ·  Post-event analysis and feedback to management
  • ·  Working closely with the Business Head for creating new sales strategies
  • ·  Joint responsibility for sales planning, campaign management, forecasting and achieving sales targets
