Office Timing :- 9.30 am to 6.00 pm

Days :- 6 Days, but alternate Saturday will be fixed off.

We are Siron Consulting Pvt Ltd (Manpower Consultant),dealing in IT/NON IT requirements for Indian as well as International clients, providing recruitment services at Pan India Level . 

We are having Multiple Job Opportunities for our own Consultancy for Recruitment Role at Executive, Sr. Executive and Team Leader Levels. Kindly go through the Job Responsibilities for same:  Business Development:

• Target Market – India 
  
• Create new DB’s (different Industry verticals) for Recruitments
  
• Cold calling prospects in INDIA
  
• Do once a fortnight email blasts
  
• Update and maintain existing Db’s
  
• Liaise with COMPANY and organize regular delivery report
  
• Create leads for onsite BDMs to go and sell
  
• Create initial appointments for Senior to Meet and Grab the deal.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• A self-starter and go better with can do attitude 
  
• Results oriented determining strategy and delivering on time 
  
• Good Leaderships skills with team handling ability 
  
• Excellent in oral and written communication. 
  
• Positive Attitude with sense of responsibility to ensure targets are met with-in timelines set and agreed upon. 
  
• Ability to troubleshoot recruiting related issues and drive them to resolution with minimal supervision. 
  
• Ability to work under pressure and cope up with stress.
  
• Immediate Joiners are preferable
• Note :-  Shuttle facility (Pick up & drop) till Kaushambi metro station
