About the jobThe ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 
 
About the Job Role:-

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information.Keeping up with product and service information and updates.Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.Staying informed about competing products and services.Upselling products and services.Researching and qualifying new leads.Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Mandatory Skills Required:-
  • Excellent communication skillsInterpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clientsGood listening and problem-solving skillsTime management skillsCritical thinking skillsAbility to identify potential leadsSend campaigns and schedule appointments with interested partiesSales negotiation skillsContinuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators
Working Days:
6 days work week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working)

Probation Period: 2 months

CTC during probation period: INR 3 LPA (INR 1.8 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 1.2 LPA as Incentive Pay)

CTC after successful completion of probation period: INR 5 LPA (INR 2.5 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 2.5 LPA as Incentive Pay)

Job Types: Full-time

Work Location: Noida, Sector 2
