- Understanding systems for Customer Acquisitions and lead generation(on job training module)
- understanding business communication and presentations
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different situations
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Utilize various channels such as online research, networking, and partnerships to generate leads.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for Revenue growth.
OPS\TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Attend industry events, conference to build relationships and promote the company
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to develop budgets and forecasts for business development activities.
- Analyze data related to business development activities and use insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of business development initiatives.
