• Understanding systems for Customer Acquisitions and lead generation(on job training module)
• understanding business communication and presentations
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different situations
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Utilize various channels such as online research, networking, and partnerships to generate leads.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
• Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for Revenue growth.

OPS\TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Attend industry events, conference to build relationships and promote the company
• Collaborate with finance and management teams to develop budgets and forecasts for business development activities.
• Analyze data related to business development activities and use insights to make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of business development initiatives.
