We are looking for a smart, well versed professional to source candidates on behalf of our clients. The goal is to source the right candidates with correct expectations and to add value to business. Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels

Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit 

Responsibilities

·        Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy

·        Research into client’s company, competitors and marketplace

·        Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

·        Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

·        Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits

·        Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications

·        Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

·        Network and build long-lasting client relationships

·        Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs

·        Research and develop recruiting leads

·        Working on background checks

·        Interacting with company Directors/MD’s etc. 

Requirements

·        Business acumen and market insight

·        Understand HR and sales relation

·        Deep understanding of recruitment processes

·        Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods

·        Desired previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

·        Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)

·        Clients focus along with relationship building skills

·        Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

·        Integrity and confidentiality

·        Industry knowledge preferred - Automobile, IT, BFSI
