1. Responsible for Sales of ingredients to major customers and taking into account the Chr. Hansen price structure and the actual market sales prices.
2. Mapping of Key accounts and thereby developing and executing 3 year strategy plan for key accounts.
4. Provide reports on Account Sales, development projects and forecasts on monthly basis
5. Ensure technical support and product training for customers by effectively coordinating with local labs and ITC
6. Conduct market and competitor surveys as required.
7. Follow up on overdue customer accounts.
8. Responsible for coordinating participation in any relevant fairs and exhibitions to ensure optimal visibility of CH as an quality ingredient supplier.
9. Liaise where appropriate with Business development.
10. Understand and use the Chr. Hansen sales tools including SAP, BI database, SFDC.
11. Ensure support to sales team for innovation /inspiration days by effective coordination with Marketing team.
