· Sales Generation: Drive sales of international travel packages to individual clients, groups, and corporate clients. Utilize various sales channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to generate leads and close sales.
· Customer Support: Provide personalized assistance to clients in planning their international travel itineraries. Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process and travel experience.
· Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue from international travel bookings.
· Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest international travel destinations, attractions, events, and packages available to clients. Continuously expand and enhance product knowledge to provide accurate and compelling recommendations to customers.
· Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings. Ensure all necessary documentation, including booking confirmations, visas, passports, and travel vouchers, are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
· Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members, including sales, marketing, and operations, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve any issues that may arise.
· Travel and Office Visits: Travel occasionally to different offices within Karnataka to support sales activities, participate in training sessions, and attend team meetings. Represent the company professionally and promote our services to clients and partners.
