Job description:

·       Outbound TELESALES process

·       Communicating with customers and explaining about the product

·       Understanding customers; issues / queries and solve them efficiently

·       Keeping up with product and service information and updates

·       Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services

·       Staying informed about competing products and services

·       Upselling products and services

·       Researching and qualifying new leads

·       Closing sales and achieving sales targets Minimum  

·       Explain products and service features to clients.

·       Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.

·       Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.

·       Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.

·       Be patient with a polite and customer-focused telephone manner.
