Responsibilities

·         Manage all business development activities within the city

·         Manage end-to-end sales, including onboarding a new customer, account management, and after-sales support

·         Identify new markets and customer needs

·         Prepare business proposals while keeping a record of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

·         Build sustainable relationships with new and existing customers

·         Collaborate and consult with major customers to extend relationships, increasing our base

·         Collect detailed feedback from customers and deliver the right inputs to the team

·         Ensure customers grievances are addressed and sorted at the earliest

Requirements

·         MBA or equivalent degree (Major in Marketing/Sales preferred)

·         Ability to  work with limited resources, thrive in an environment with little process or structure

·         Excellent analytical and strategic skills

·         Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent Communication skills
