• Attending and making voice calls.
• Responding to emails.
• On-time login.
• Maintain call/email quality.
• Good writing skill.
• Maintain average call/email handling time.
• Stay updated with process knowledge.
• Assist the customer in placing the order.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and any of the mentioned
• Coordinating with the team and ensure all the trip
details are updated
• Coordinating with the internal team in case there is
any delay in pick up and drop off.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support,
fresher’s are also welcome.
• Willing to take additional responsibility.
