Customer Support Executive
Role Description :-
The SLICeR Customer Success team helps customers successfully adopt and leverage SLICeR products and services.
Customer Support Executives contribute significantly to the SLICeR customers by supporting them on product usage.
You will work closely with other SLICeR teams, such as Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product, to ensure customers are completely satisfied. achieved.
Responsibilities:-
Provide technical support and training to customers/users on SLICeR products.Assist the project team in the implementation and onboarding of customers and users.General administrative support including calendar and scheduling meetings/training sessions for customers/users.Provide general technical assistance on all relevant internal/external systems specifically.Participating in all the meetings to fulfill the task.Preparing for the various workshops being held for the customers' project.Test all versions of software released by SLICeR with a special focus on the used cases required for customers.Coordinate with Business Development, Project Development and Project Delivery Teams to identify and deliver program objectives.Interact and coordinate with the development and testing team for quick resolution of issues and bugs from the customer.A hands-on and persistent approach to solving all customer issues in the shortest possible time is required.
