Customer Support Specialist

  • Telligent is looking for qualified Customer Support Executives to join our team. 
  • Our ideal candidate is an energetic persuasive professional with experience with customer interactions and customer service best practices. 
  • Sales experience is a plus but if you are goal-oriented and believe you are able to learn and understand sales metrics we can train you
  • We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales transactions.

In this role, you will…

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services.
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Responsible for closing sales over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
