2. Candidates have to attend & answer the queries of our customers through calls & Emails related to our Business.
3. They will be trained under calls, emails & the software’s we work on.
4. Good in communication & Fluency in English.
5. Basic knowledge in Excel
6. Working between 8 am to 7 pm in 2 shifts.
a. Shift 1 is between 8 am to 5 pm.
b. Shift 2 is between 10 am to 7 pm.
8. Agents have to be flexible to work in both the shifts.
9. Working between Monday to Saturday.
10.Week off - Sunday
11. Most preferred are fresher's.
