2. Goal Set month on month, maintaining relationship with Top retailers, customer service,ensuring proper sales support from DSR.
3. Establishing a healthy relationship with retailers, effectively handled the Retailers Claim Settlement, Schemes, Visibility etc.
4. Proper execution of primary as well as secondary and specially in dispatch on time.
5. Handling DSR’s, DA's, Operators, DA’s, Supervisor’s & Merchandisers.
6. Retailers schemes settlement process on immediate basis except monthly payout.
7. Maintain good rapport with retailers & wholesalers.
8. Manpower management and timely up-gradation as per requirement.
9. Distribution infrastructure management and development.
10.Implementation of systems and policies as per norms.
