Job Description;-

Interact with potential/prospective customers' telephone calls about the relevant product to provide information about product features and their benefits.

Calling & Following up with potential customers.

Understand customers' interests and expectations and pitch a suitable product.

Generate qualified leads, provide complete information about the product, and guide prospective.

Source new customer opportunities through outbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through the phone.

Follow up with a clear and effective approach, to convince customers and help them to decide.

Must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and making new clients.

Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Freshers can apply for the Role.

Must be an excellent communicator (verbal) and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting product details over the phone.

Strong listening, persuasion, and presentation skills.Must be fluent in English
